Frequently Asked Questions

Will the driver be waiting for us when we exit the arrivals gate?

Yes, they will monitor the flight and be there at the latest scheduled arrival time, even if the flight is running late. They will be holding a sign displaying the main contact for the booking.

How long will the driver wait for us?

They will wait for an hour. After 45 minutes they will call the contact number provided to get an update on the situation and wait longer if necessary. Please bear in mind the booking is for a set number of hours including waiting and travel time so any over-run will be chargeable.

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

Ideally 24 hours but we do take some short notice bookings dependant upon availability.

Can you provide car seats for babies or young children?

Yes we can, please specify the age or weight of the child in the message box when making your booking, so we can ensure the driver brings the appropriate seat for travel. There is no extra charge for this service.

What if we have a baby buggy/carrier?

Please specify this in the message box at time of booking. We can then ensure this is accommodated for in the size of vehicle provided.

How do we contact you?

Can we stop on route to our destination if we need to pick up something?

Yes, providing the stop waiting time is no more than 5 minutes and can be done within the time limit of the booking.
